Storage Silos (Cement & Flyash)

Raw materials including cement and fly ash are securely stored in high-capacity industrial silos, ensuring a continuous supply chain for massive production runs.

Mixer

Mixer

The raw materials are transported into the heavy-duty industrial mixer where they are meticulously blended with water and aluminum powder to form a uniform slurry.

Batching Control Panel

Batching Control Panel

An advanced, fully automated batching control panel manages the exact weights and proportions of the slurry, ensuring zero human error and absolute consistency across batches.

Discharge of Mix to Moulds

Discharge of Mix to Moulds

Once the optimal temperature and consistency are reached, the slurry is precisely discharged into pre-oiled, heavy-duty steel moulds.

Raising

Raising

The chemical reaction between the aluminum powder and calcium hydroxide generates hydrogen gas, causing the slurry to rise and form its signature porous, honeycomb structure.

Hardening Process

Hardening Process

The aerated 'green cake' is allowed to rest and harden in a climate-controlled environment until it achieves the exact structural integrity required for cutting.

Demoulding

Demoulding

The massive steel moulds are lifted by crane and mechanically stripped away, leaving the hardened green cake fully exposed for the precision cutting phase.

Primary Cutting

Primary Cutting

The green block is moved to the cutting line where high-tensile steel wires make the primary horizontal and vertical precision cuts.

Secondary Cross-Cutting

Secondary Cross-Cutting

Secondary cross-cutting ensures the blocks are sliced into the exact 4-inch, 6-inch, or 9-inch dimensions requested by the client with absolute millimeter accuracy.

Pre-Curing

Pre-Curing

The perfectly cut blocks undergo a brief pre-curing phase to stabilize their microscopic structure before being subjected to high-pressure steam.

Autoclave Process

Autoclave Process

The blocks are loaded into massive industrial autoclaves where they are cured under high-pressure steam (1.2 Mpa) at 185°C for approximately 12 hours.

Cured Blocks

Cured Blocks

The finished AAC blocks are extracted from the autoclave, having achieved their maximum compressive strength, and are transferred to the store yard ready for dispatch.
